It’s Memorial Day Weekend!
In Vermont, we’re celebrating because garden lore tells us that we’re past the last-frost date and it’s safe to plant tender annuals and put seeds in the ground. Recently, I’ve been exploring Renee’s Garden‘s beautiful website and reading her growing tips and information about a variety of flowers and vegetables. I’m working on creating direct-seed garden designs and collections featuring Renee’s varieties, like the Cutting Garden design (created with the Home Outside app) shown here. Other designs include edible and pollinator gardens, and even a small container planting project. Soon these planting collections will appear in the resource gallery on Renee’s website, with a key showing you which seeds to plant where.
