These Brooklyn residents wanted a clean, contemporary, yet friendly and welcoming front garden for their Brooklyn row house. The Home Outside design team was ready to help! We created a conceptual design that featured sleek over-scale concrete pavers that act as both stepping stones and terrace, softened with shrubs and plants. The Home Outside designer then developed the paving design for the contractor who installed the pavers, and we rounded out the project with a detailed planting plan of eastern woodland plantings reminiscent of the owner’s childhood home. We loved being able to give our clients design help at each step along the way. When they found a pair of bright blue vintage stadium seats, it was the perfect finishing touch!
